Our meditation retreat offers you a journey that takes you on a path towards self-discovery and conscious awareness. We also offer group discussions and individual guidance sessions to help you work through any challenges or obstacles you may encounter on your path to greater self-awareness.

In addition to meditation, our retreat program also includes mindful motions (combination of qigong, yoga, and breathwork), mindfulness exercises, and other holistic practices that promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. You will also have the opportunity to partake in coaching, oracle card reading, nature walks, healthy meals, and other activities that support overall wellness.
